Refund policy
If the product arrives broken or damaged, please make sure to record a video while opening the parcel. In case of any breakage during delivery, we will replace the item. (The video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery. No complaints will be accepted without a complete unboxing video.)
For any other faults, please contact our customer representative via Instagram for confirmation. Once approved, you must dispatch the item within one day and share a copy of the courier receipt with us. We will process your refund once we receive the returned item in its original condition and packaging.
